This amazing barrel aged Sauvignon Blanc from 4th generation winemaker Alvaro Pecorari will open up a whole new side of Sauvignon Blanc to you. Aged for 11 months in oak, it has a brilliant, rich yellow color with silver-green reflections. The bouquet is mango, citrus, sage and smoky mineral notes. The palate shows power and length that you don't usually expect from Sauvignon Blanc with a wonderfully complex structure featuring lots of juicy tropical fruit, grapefruity citrus, elderflower and kiwi balanced by bright acidity and tangy notes of nettle and sage.
